Harry Edward Styles, known in the world of music in the world of music as Harry Styles, is a British composer and performer acknowledged as being one of the singers in the band One Direction. Born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England on February 1, 1994, he's the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school where, with three other students, he formed his own group of musicians, called White Eskimo. They participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their impressive performances they were winners. Although he's always keen on music, in spite of the fact that he had a passion for it, he was thinking about becoming a lawyer and physiotherapist. In the past, he was employed at a small-scale bakery located in his hometown for the purpose of assisting to support his family financially. In the year 2010, Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he was a part of the performance Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. Because of that, his band were forced to split. Nicole Scherzinger, the jury participant of The X Factor suggested Harry Styles become part of the group One Direction with Liam Payne Zayn Mlik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in the year 2010. The band performed songs like My Life Would Suffer Without You, by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the contest. This made the group one of the contenders for the coveted prize. The group was however placed third place behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. While Harry Styles and his group failed to win the competition, Cowell signed a deal worth 2 million pounds to One Direction to sign with Syco Records. Syco music label.
