Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood is a American television host, comedian and actress famous for hosting the popular daily talk show The Talk. Born in Arkansas she grew up at Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl comes from a family that has had a lot of difficulties. Sheryl spent a large portion of her growing up taking care of her sister Frankie as she was a victim of polio. Growing up, she faced many difficulties with her mother. Sheryl stated that at one moment her mother hit her father for being too close to him. Sheryl joined the military after her college graduation. However her interest lay in comedy. In 1989, she was the first woman to reach the finals of the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. In 1992, she began her TV debut as a regular performer in the HBO show Def Comedy Jam. In 2000, she was host of her own show Oh Drama! Since 2011 she has been being a co-host for The Talk, a talk show. The Talk. She has played in fictional show including Bulworth Nikki Beauty Shop and others.
